These SMS Terms and Conditions govern conversational text messages exchanged between you and employees of Inner Circle Enterprises Group.
By opting in to or using our text messaging service, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions and our SMS Privacy Policy.
Description of the Service
The Inner Circle Enterprises Group text messaging service is intended for low-volume, one-to-one business communications between you and an individually assigned employee.
Messages may include:
Responses to questions or requests
Follow-up regarding an existing business matter
Coordination of meetings, services, or deliveries
Information requested during a business conversation
Other ordinary conversational business communications
This service is not used for bulk messaging, automated alerts, marketing, or promotional campaigns.
Consent to Receive Text Messages
You may consent to receive text messages by:
Initiating a text conversation with an employee’s work phone number
Requesting that an employee contact you by text
Providing verbal consent during an in-person or telephone conversation
Replying START to resume a previously stopped conversation
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to communicate by text, you confirm that you are authorized to use that number and consent to receive conversational messages from the employee.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the nature of the conversation and your interactions with us. Because this is a conversational service, the number of messages will depend on the specific business matter being discussed.
Message and Data Rates
Inner Circle Enterprises Group does not charge a separate fee for this text messaging service. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opting Out
You may stop receiving text messages from an employee’s number at any time by replying:
STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request was processed. You will receive no additional messages from that number unless you later reply START.
Because individual employees use separately assigned work phone numbers, an opt-out request applies to the specific employee number and conversation from which the messages were sent.
